Alchemy Rag
Rag absorbs and stores potions and other liquids for future use."

Property: Store up to four potions (of any kind) or four liquids (water, alcohol, soup)
Daily Power: Standard Action - By squeezing and sucking on the part of the rag soaked in a particular potion the user is able to gain the benefits of that potion. Doing this does not remove the potion from storage, so this allows a single potion to reused an unlimited number of times, but only once a day. Only one potion stored in the rag may be used a day.
Daily Power: Short Rest - If one (or more) of the storage slots on the rag is used for a non-potion liquid (water, alcohol, or food), the user may consume a day's worth of the liquid from from the rag in a short rest (a days worth of water, enough alcohol to intoxicate the drinker, enough soup to feed a person for one day). This power may be used the same day as a potion or other non-potion power regardless of daily use powers available. (Exception to the rule).

The Alchemy Rag looks like the last thing you would want to stick in your mouth and suck on, it is a greasy, stained, yellowing rag, that looks like it has been in a mechanics shop for years. A simple taste test of the stains however will reveal its contents.
