Move Action Add 5 Ongoing Fire Damage to Next Weapon Attack or Fire spell.
Special: If Power already has Ongoing Fire Damage Effect Save is reduced by -5.

Description: The Jar is made of some kind of quartz crystal, the gel resembles a translucent puddy that catches the light and steams with heat. After a round of exposure to the air it bursts into deep red flames.
