Bi Rui

Bi Rui has been the dominant force in the Lucky Four Fingers Tong for nearly twenty years. He operates out of the Shen Yee theater, which he also owns. A reserved man, Bi Rui rarely shows emotion directly. Instead, he directs that energy into his two hobbies: collecting baseball memorabilia and breeding pekingese dogs. Bi Rui is Nadie Ling's grand-uncle.

John Wu

Though young, John Wu has already prove himself savy, dedicated, and when required, ruthless. He rose quickly through the ranks of the Tong. When Bi Rui decided the time was ripe to expand to Persephone, he picked John Wu to lead the mission. John had the drive and the vision of the future needed to make it happy. John seems to be an easy going man and models himself after Bi Rui. Always polite. Always in control.
