From Heroes of the Great Tree

Lights, Camera, Action. They were a I-hero trio operating in the city of Los Angeles. Lights was Raphael Montago, a special effects engineer who gained the power to project and control light after an industrial accident. Camera was a humanoid robot, originally built as a mobile recording device. Action was Lee Minor, a stunt man who sought greater glory and bigger thrills. LCA was taken down by Umbras Caesar's I-Killers. Lights was killed and Camera destroyed. Action ended up in a coma from which he hasn't recovered.
