Cops
Jessica Storm
Jessica was a cop both before and after her goblinization into a mokole. However, when Knight Errant took over security in Arkham, she quit. Ironically, she now works for Lone Star as head of security at the BioTech Mall.
Crooks
Doc Esteban
The doc keeps quiet about what drove him from his native Spain. His medical skill can't be denied, however. He runs a ripper clinic in Orktown. He often accepts barter in exchange for helping locals and makes up the difference by charging runners full price.
Manic Mandy
How Mandy is still alive, no one knows. This rather scrawny Ork is a coward and a weasel but he makes a very good bomb. A demolitions expert, he'll gladly make whatever you want for the right price.
Maxwell Rodriguez
Most people underestimate Max. After all, he's a troll, he barely speaks English, and he's just a janitor. He's more clever than most expect, though. Maxwell is a janitor at Miskatonic University and that gives him access to the magical studies department. He's made quite a tidy sum on the side by stealing raw magical materials from the department and selling it on the shadow market.
Everyday Folk
Cherryl Land
Once upon a time, Cherryl was a "bad girl". Which means, basically, she flunked out of school and hung out with guys who weren't quite bad enough to be gangers but not good enough to be liked by her folks. Now approaching middle age, Cherryl's discovered that her misbegotten youth hasn't prepared her for squat in life. She makes her living working at the museum gift shop.
Gabe Taki
Gabe's an old man who lives on a small pension. When he isn't at the park, playing chess, he's usually on the front stoop of his apartment building. Gabe doesn't say much and most people just ignore him. As a result, Gabe tends to hear a lot more than he probably should.
Isaac LaForge
Isaac takes pride in his heritage as both an elf and an African-American. He's one of the night bartenders at Freedom of Thought. You can spot him from a mile away thanks to his afro.
Jake Flarety
Jake's a big guy, for a human. With flaming red hair and bulging muscles, he's the dictionary definition of a strapping Irish farmboy. He tends bar at Bosagio's, an Italian place in the Thorndike district.
Paul Giovanni
Originally from Brooklyn, Paul settled in Arkham after a four year stint in the UCAS army. He's now a mechanic, working at Quick Garage. As a dwarf, he's perhaps a little biased towards clients who are goblinized.
Fixers
Domino
Domino works out of an Italian eatery in Thorndike named Bosagio's. Rumor has it he has "family" connections.
Hunter
No one knows who Hunter is or what he looks like. He works via a flying drone, painted purple with black stripes, when dealing with runners. When people want to deal with him they place a small personal ad in the local trid paper.
Princess
Diana Kim Ly doesn't fix for money or power. She does it because she's bored. In her college days, Diana got a bit wild and met quite an array of savory folk. Years later, after inheriting her mommy and daddy's fortune, she discovered that many people she knew in the high class, old money world needed problems taken care of or items and substances procured. So, Diana got in touch with her old friends from the college days and started matching problem haver to problem solver. For a tidy fee, of course.
Raptor
A former runner, this mokele decker retired a few years back and put her hand to fixing. She's a good person to go to for high tech.
Johnsons
Ms. Johnson 1
This Ms. Johnson was very likely the former Mrs. Brad Kenner, ex-wife of city councilman Brad Kenner. She hired the group to steal an antique wedding band from Councilman Kenner.
Mr. Johnson 2
Mr. Johnson #2 is Elliot Simons, the owner of Personal Greetings. He hired the team to download a worm into the computer systems of Happy Fun Times Greetings in order to erase his stolen code. Little did he know Happy Fun Time was a front for the Bin Xuyen.
Merchants
Cyrus Slinback
Cyrus did a stint in the UCAS military as a cybertechnician. Afterwards, he got a job at Arkham General, the city's only publically run hospital. Technically, his job is just to assist cyberdocs in the installation, adjustment, and repair of cyberwear but like so many cybertechs and nurses, he's probably competent enough to perform most of the procedures himself.
George Joseph
Georgie-Joe, as most people call him, is the owner and only employee of Joe's, an unlicensed and illegal bar close to the Wastes. Georgie-Joe serves only the Joe Special, a high proof booze he brews himself.
Grandma Fortune
Magicians with money go to see Marie Rabb at Infinite Possibilities. Those without it tend to see Grandma Fortune. She doesn't keep a store front but, instead, wanders around Orktown with a shopping cart. She always has enough to pay for things people sell her and she usually has what people need, so long as it isn't too fancy. An old lady, she might seem unprotected, but people who try to mess with her tend to come to a messy end themselves.
Manny Richardson
Manny is one of those guys who appears less savory that he actually is. An ork with little care for his appearance, Manny runs Manny's Pawnshop in Orktown. He runs black market items through the shop but has no other contact with the criminal element.
Marie Rabb
Marie owns Infinite Possibilities, a small lore store. She's known for both her beauty and her skills as an enchanter.
Rose
Rose is the night bartender at the Jeckyl and Hyde and he has been for quite some time. He's a first class barkeep and a film buff who is always willing to talk classic movies.
Tom and Matt Jenkins
Until recently these twins owned Laser Tag and Mini-golf adventure. They still run the place, with the blessing of Biotech. They're really big children at heart and love playing games of all kinds.
Trill Trinity
Trill is a nervous looking man getting up there in years. He runs a body shop in Whalom and, for the right price, will add "special" modifications to a vehicle. He's got ins with several Go Gangers in the Whalom area and, rumor has it, an intense dislike of Elves.
Politicos
Brad and Darling Kenner
Brad Kenner has made a small fortune in real estate speculation. Five years ago he ran for city council and he's been a member ever since. Earlier this year he divorced Katherine, his wife of many years, and married Darling Dahl, a "dancer" at a club on the outskirts of town.
Robert Charrette
Head of the local Republican committee, Robert was a member of the UCAS military. He made Lt. Colonel before retiring. He was arrested on suspicion of being involved in the theft of an item at the Arkham Natural History Museum.
Smiler Hasperat
Smiler did a turn as a representative on the city council and managed to get part of the Wastes renovated. When no one seemed to care about how poorly the job was being done, though, he quit in frustration. He has returned to his position as head of the local Ork Rights Committee (ORC).
Runners
Billy the Kid
Billy's a decker and a good one. He belongs to no regular running group but will, for a price, supply matrix cover to anyone who asks. He works mostly out of the Boston area but the nice thing about the Matrix is it isn't local, chummer. He can work in Arkham easily enough.
Ronin
Ronin isn't Japanese. Nor is he a trained Samurai. He's a poser, plain and simple. However, Ronin is quite a skilled poser. He's lurked in the shadows of Arkham for several years now, but has yet to find a group that lives up to his rather inflated sense of honor.
Strange
Tossed out on the streets at a young age due to a corporate extraction gone wrong, Strange ended up joining the Patricks, an Arkham gang. He's eighteen now and realizing that if he's to have a future he has to expand beyond the gang. He has taken his sorcery and started running the shadows.
Superball
Superball's young but he's good. He's the son of Bouncer, an Arkham runner who retired a few years ago. Technically, Superball isn't supposed to be providing matrix cover for groups but what his dad doesn't know won't hurt him...
Tall Boy
The name's accurate. Tall Boy is a Vietnamese human about seven feet in height. He started out as a shadowrunner in his home country but was imported to act as muscle in Arkham by the Bin Xuyen. He got the worst of an encounter recently but a little extra cyberwear fixed the damage and he'll be looking for payback.
Suits
Jack North
Jack North is the head of security for the Church of the New Earth. As shamans go, he's pretty hot stuff. In his merc days, he fought in some of the worst hell-holes on the planet, so he knows what he's doing.
Melanie Masterson
Melanie isn't all that important on the Biotech chain of command but she has access to a lot of important documents. She works in the file room. She's not supposed to be reading the documents she files and retrieves but sometimes it gets pretty boring down there.
Yoto Yamagushi
Yoto Yamagushi is head of TrixSoft, a small but profitable company. However, Yamagushi has been nervous of late. His company underwent a near buyout not long ago and he keeps wondering if (and when) the hammer will fall on him.
Waste Folk
Dregeboron
Why this bone white western dragon is ruling a ghoul enclave in the middle of the Arkham Wastes is anyone's guess. He prefers his privacy and reveals his existence to precious few, however. As with most dragons, his reasons for anything are inscrutible and seldom simple.
Ferar
Ferar runs his very own little trading empire in the middle of the Wastes. He's the only one folks can go to in order to sell the junk they find and buy some of the basics needed to have a tolerable existence - often drugs or BTLs as much as food or water. Ferar pretends to be a benefactor but the truth is, he's a Wendigo who feeds of metahuman pain and misery.
