Sideshow contortionist Savanna developed true stretching and bending powers after the Philadelphia Experiment. She could stretch her arms and legs to amazing lengths and bend them as if they had no bones. She used these new abilities to perform for several months until she caught the attention of government scouts and was recruited into Operation: Alpha. After the war, Savanna revealed her identity and had a brief career as a public sensation. After that she lived comfortably off her earnings before the return of her powers. Serpent Girl died in a final battle with the Minotaur, slowing him down long enough for the new American Centurian to defeat the I-villain.
